Items of pewter jewellery such as this pendant, the original of which was found in Rotterdam, were produced in the late middle ages for the mass market in imitation of rich courtly jewellery. The artefact would originally have been fitted with a coloured glass stone, but this was missing when found.

Original found in Rotterdam.

Fitted with a silver plated chain as standard but available with leather thong as an option (in either natural or dark brown). Please request this if required in the comments box on the order confirmation page at checkout.

Fitted with a 12mm Jasper cabochon.
